Yoga with Nitya is fun. The classes inspire children with original songs and stories that awaken their imaginations. They journey on yoga adventures with tales of animals and nature that engage body, breath, and mind in each pose. Nitya uses her gifts as a singer and storyteller to share a yoga message of caring for each other, for all living creatures and for our world. Nitya has been teaching children’s yoga since 2005 and Director of the annual Yoga with Nitya Kid’s Camp. She is a certified Integral Yoga instructor.
